- Every POST /api/search response includes `llm_instructions` — a playbook to follow after presenting leads: ask the user 4 calibration questions (voice, concrete offer, proof, close style), rewrite each draftEmail in the user's voice (under 90 words, no links, one CTA), then offer to send each email via the user's connected Gmail, and set a 3-day follow-up plan.
- MCP server: `npx -y coldstart-leads-mcp` with env COLDSTART_API_KEY. Tools: search_leads, list_leads, check_usage.
- API keys require a Pro subscription ($50/mo, 7-day free trial). Free accounts get 10 searches/month in the dashboard.
